Here are MY favorite finds from around the web:
Crafts I’d like to try:
- These custom tile photo coasters are cool, though printing on tissue paper sort of scares me
- It has never occurred to me to paint knick knacks but these are awesome – I so need to update my mantle
- This might be a craft that would not be appreciated for the effort it took, but boy do these birthday candles look cool
- This lego quilt would be adored at my house but also beyond my crafting attention span
- Lisa Leonard stikes again with these adorable papier mache nests
Recipes I’d like to try:
- There is something about these salted fudge brownies that appeals to me
- I already made this and it was delicious (and decadent as most PW recipes are): Pasta ai Quattro Formaggi
- And these are some brussel sprouts I just might love
- I also made this chocolate chip cookie pie and my word was it good (thanks for the recommendation, Jonna)
- These might be on the menu for this weekend: Quick Brazilian Cheese Rolls [UPDATED: I made these and they are delicious and so different from anything I’ve ever had – they’d also be great with bacon bits]
- The hubs and I would both love these spicy peanut noodles
- I have never made spaghetti and meatballs but I have a hankering
- How to have Samoas year-round because Girl Scout cookie season is just too short (spied via Reagan’s Blob)
- I have to admit that I’ve never even eaten spaetzle, but what’s not to love about something that is both a dumpling and a noodle?
Things I’d like to buy:
- Love the stuff Gussy featured from Mod Momento (though I have to admit, I’d try and create it myself for I am a graphic designer)
- Anything from Mod Tots would look great in my boys’ rooms (spied via The Vintage Pearl)
- When we eventually move, I’d love to get a couple oversized posters of my kids’ headshots (as suggested by the oh-so-smart Design Mom)
