  1. I like the addition of the honorable mentions, specifically Gravedigger. I also enjoy the one Dave Matthews did on the story of Mary, called Christmas Song.

  2. The Space Between gives me chills I love it so much. And Grey Street is one of those that I replay over and over until I can sing it all the way through uninterrupted by little voices (that shouldn’t really be listening ;)). And, it didn’t make your list, but Crush in any live variation is also in my top 5. Thanks for sharing your list!!

  3. Oh! And #41 is my traditional summer anthem – don’t know why, but it’s not summer until this is played with my windows down. Weird, I know

    • One of the best things about DMB is how truly great all their songs are and how even more awesome (awesomer?) they are LIVE! While they might be high – they always look like they are LOVING what they are doing and that makes me happy!

  4. love dmb. hate gravedigger. reminds me of dying. i went to a concert when i was like 35 minutes pregnant with ava and i was so paranoid the pot smell was going to damage her irreparably. i THINK she’s ok. although…

    • The joy of a crowd of pot-smokers is that they are super mellow and laid back and highly entertaining to those of us who are smoke-free and only gulping water. I’d say Ava’s okay with her brush with pot… you’ll just have to worry about her when she goes to her own DMB concert. 🙂
